“Matt recently conducted a fire risk assessment for my holiday let apartment in Bournemouth and it turned out to be a much easier process than I had imagined. He was able to fit me in at short notice and prepared an excellent report which clearly described all aspects of fire risk pertaining to the property including any shortfalls, along with an action plan of how to address them. Luckily this turned out to be relatively straightforward and it's reassuring to know I am fully compliant with the regulations. He was a pleasure to deal with being professional and responsive at every stage, and was readily available to answer questions after the final report was issued. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use his services again.”

“This is our first time needed a Fire Risk Assessment on our holiday let property in Bournemouth. After an extensive google search and contacting multiple companies Matt was not only the first to come back but he is email was thorough and easy to understand. There was no up front payment which was reassuring to know he'd complete the work. He attended at the correct time, was polite and passionate about the safety of the property. He pointed out areas that needed addressing and explained why. I felt very comfortable with what he was asking of me and understood the requirements. Following on from the visit he provided a draft report. I had the issues addressed and sent update to Matt. This meant he could update the draft and provide us with a report which showed we were at the required level. This was easy to read and I'm sure will give a lot of confidence to our management company that the property is safe for a holiday let purpose.
